Super salty, firm and just soft enough. The structure looks a bit like a snow caramel such as the lonka licorice caramel balls , but with a salt content of that. So salty, you could say this is just double salty licorice . The sal ammoniac flavor is strong, like the inside of a hard sal ammoniac liquorice.
