CCI Salmiak Rockies (also known as Salmiak Rocks) are a classic Dutch liquorice treat consisting of short, soft black liquorice tubes filled with a creamy, salty salmiak (ammonium chloride) center. They are widely considered a perfect "introduction" to salty liquorice because they balance the intense saltiness of the core with the sweetness of the outer liquorice shell.
