Roos Meat Products Regular Bitterballen are a traditional, Canadian-made Dutch snack consisting of savory beef ragout rolled into bite-sized balls and breaded. Unlike the "Pre-Fried" version, the "Regular" variety is unfried (raw and frozen), requiring a deep fryer for preparation.
