Atjar is Indonesian for sweet and sour vegetables. If several vegetables are combined, we call the side dish Atjar Tjampoer. This Atjar Tjampoer is a mix of white cabbage, onion, carrot, bell pepper and leek. The fresh taste of Atjar goes well with spicy dishes such as Nasi, Bami or satay.
