Small round uncooked kerupuk, also called prawn crackers are made from tapioca-flavored shrimp. When frying in hot oil, they swell up to round chips. Used as a garnish to Indonesian dishes like Nasi Goreng, Bami Goreng or as appetizing snack with a cold beer.
