For over 150 years, we at Bolletje have been baking the most delicious, crispy rusks with a generous dose of artisanal baking. Bolletje Rusk is full of flavour and a source of fiber. This makes the rusks delicious and nutritious! Moreover, they are wonderfully light and crispy thanks to the addition of free-range eggs.

Wheat flour, sugar, yeast, glucose syrup, emulsifiers (lecithin, E433, E470a), 1.2% free-range eggs, rapeseed oil, wheat fibre, rye flour, salt, flour improver (ascorbic acid).
