With this Dutch Mini Pancakes Pan you can make delicious old-fashioned Dutch Mini Pancakes in a minute. This pan is not pre-seasoned and must be seasoned before use.
How to season your poffertjes pan:
- Scrub pan well in hot soapy water.
- Dry thoroughly.
- Spread a thin layer of vegetable oil over the skillet.
- Place it upside down on a middle oven rack at 400°F. (Place foil on a lower rack to catch drips.)
- Bake for 1 hour. Let cool in the oven.
